Refund Policy

We’re sorry to see you leave indema! Of course, you are always welcome back if you choose to do so in the future. There are no refunds for annual plans, as we treat annual plans as a contract/commitment. These terms were updated last on January 14, 2024.

For new subscriptions on their first billing cycle, the following:
Within 7 Days: Including on the 7th day: 50% refund.
After 7 Days: No refunds will be approved.
Annual Plans: No refunds will be approved.

For existing subscriptions, the following:
Monthly Plans: No refunds will be approved.
Annual Plans: No refunds will be approved.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.  If you cancel the Services before the end of your current paid-up month, your account will remain open until the end of the then-current billing cycle, after which the cancellation will take effect and you will not be charged for the next month or be able to access your account.

There are legacy accounts that are grandfathered into the plans from before indema changed pricing structures in January 2022. For those users, should your account lapse in payment, you would be required to upgrade to the new plan structures. When indema 4 releases, all users who were on a grandfathered plan will be required to upgrade their plan to the new structure.

Accounts currently on a Lifetime deal are not impacted by any price or policy changes.
Lifetime deal accounts are not eligible for a refund. 

Should you change your plan to a different plan (either upgrading or downgrading) you would also be required to change to the new plan structures. No exceptions will be provided to these terms of grandfathered accounts. For more information about these policies, please reference our Terms of use agreement and our Master subscription agreement.
