Is there a learning curve with indema?
Of course! Every software you experience will have a level of learning curve. It just simply depends on how quickly you and the team are able to learn the software.
Does indema offer any other services?

Is there an annual commitment?
There are two types of plans that you can have with indema and each have their own requirements:
Per Project Fee: There is no commitment to this plan, you can simply not use indema, and won’t be charged any additional fee’s. But, you still retain your account.
Traditional Subscription: Yes, if you convert your account from the per project to the traditional monthly subscription, you are billed annually for it, therefore it is considered a contract.

What kind of training is included?
We offer 1 free onboarding session that designers sometimes use that as a crash course training for them and their team. Annual plans come with 2 hours of free training + 20% discount on additional training which is billed at $50/Hr with a 2-hour minimum.
Is there a Free Trial?
No, indema does not offer a free trial. We’ve found that free trials can sometimes hinder the evaluation process. By opting for our affordable monthly plan, you’re more likely to engage meaningfully with our software, ensuring a thorough and productive assessment of how well it suits your firm’s needs.
How is indema different from other softwares?
Aside from our DNA and the values that make up who we are as a company, we have many benefits that differ from the other platforms.
